We would like to apologise to our clients affected by delays in processing their blood tests.
As you may know, staff at the National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS), where our blood tests are done, were recently on strike.
While it has now ended, the strike led to a huge backlog, and resulted in some of our clients’ blood samples being lost by the NHLS or becoming “out of date” for testing. Some clients have thus had to be asked to return to the TEN81 clinic for new blood samples. This is unfortunately necessary to ensure that the results they receive are accurate.
